Hello Pinterest Friends,
I have wanted to try a “tips and tricks” pin for you and finally got a chance this week. I have seen the “easiest hard boiled egg” many times and decided to put it to the test. Here is all you need- eggs, muffin pan and a large bowl for cooling the eggs:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and place the number of eggs you would like into a muffin pan (very easy).
Cook for 30 minutes. Place the eggs into a large ice bath for 10 minutes.
Voila- hard boiled eggs!
This is a great method if you need to hard boil a lot of eggs for Easter or to make deviled eggs. I also thought these eggs were much easier to peel than the ones I make on the stove (which I always hate when I can’t peel the egg and I end up breaking it everywhere). I liked that I just threw them into the muffin (gently, of course) and forgot about them for 30 minutes. I think this will be my go to method for hard boiling eggs from now on. Easy and helpful- a great Pinterest tip!
